Montalto Vineyard and Olive Grove operates a premium wine business on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.  Montalto holds the highest Five Red Star rating in Halliday's Wine Companion. The business consists of 70 Acres of owned and leased vineyards throughout the region targeting super premium grape production for the Montalto wine brands crafted out of our Winery in Merricks North.  In addition we offer a full vineyard management service for owners on the Mornington Peninsula.

For the first time in over 12 years we have an opportunity for a Vineyard Manager to join our supportive and driven management team. The successful candidate will preferably hold viticulture qualifications and will show a proven track record in:

• Delivering the finest super premium fruit reflecting the attributes of each variety and block
• Management of a dedicated and experienced team
• Maintaining professional and reliable relations with contracted property owners
• Attention to financial parameters
• Management and operational capability of a significant equipment fleet

We are currently recruiting for experienced Front of House staff in our Chefs Hat Restaurant, and our produce driven outdoor Piazza Cafe, RSA required, would suit uni students for weekends and holidays.
