We believe that we are the caretakers of the wonderful land that we are blessed to occupy. As such we wish to make the best use of this land, and to share it with others.
Planting 1500 plus olive trees that border the property gives the grape vines shelter from the wind, and provides us with delicious fruit for our range of cold pressed extra virgin olive oils, table olives and olive tapenade.
A kitchen garden of just a couple of beds has expanded rapidly over time thanks to Wendy's hard work, determination, passion and knowledge for gardening. Her garden includes not only vegetables and herbs, but also an orchard of stone fruit, apples, pears, quinces, figs, persimmons, avocadoes, a myriad of citrus and an extensive berry grove of raspberries, loganberries and more. Her garden is the inspiration and source for the Montalto Pantry Range.
