Montalto Cuvée One 2006

Produced from a great vintage and using the classic varietals of Champagne, our 2006 Cuvée One is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. It is an elegant wine with a fine, persistent mousse and opens with lovely fresh apple and citrus fruit aromas, with a touch of doughy, yeasty complexity. This follows on to complex, yet clean wine, with the Pinot Noir adding great depth and structure.
