The latest release of our flagship Pinot Noir. Showing amazing depth for a pinot, this wine is an almost impenentrable deep purple colour. The bouquet suggests ripe cherries, a hint of dried herbs and a touch of earthiness. The palate delivers juicy plums and ripe cherries, with beautiful finely woven tannins. This is a Pinot truly worthy of some space in your cellar. Five years' cellaring will certainly reward those with patience.
