Dark plum in colour with browning edges. A good example of development with sweet spice, dried fruit and herbal notes all providing some interesting influences. Some mid palate vibrancy with silky tannins. A fully mature Pinot ready for consumption. (CORK)
Crimson colour with stunning clarity and vibrancy. Ripe cherries, through to wild strawberries, subtle spice and stewed rhubarb notes. Spicy oak and leafy qualities support solid acid and penetrating length. Looks amazing under cork closure and has the ability to surprise the drinker. (CORK)
Deep crimson with bright clarity. A solid combination of cherry and strawberries with bottle development contributing with strawberry leaf and cinnamon. Tightly wound acid and drying tannins give this wine depth and concentration. Still hasn't shown how good it will get. Further development will be rewarding. (STELVIN)
Vibrant crimson, lighter in colour than previous vintages. Sour cherries with an intriguing combination of liquorish, stewed strawberries and a faint hint of cola. A delicate balance of structure with mid palate weight, up front fruit and loads of persistent acid. This is a very special wine to keep an eye on. 3 years should do the trick and surprise many. (STELVIN)
Deep purple. A perfumed aroma of plums, black cherry and ripe raspberries with hints of a stalky/leafy notes that sit well together. Firm tannins pull together the balance in this wine with hints of spicy oak and dried leaf on the back palate. Loads of fruit and structure make this wine perfect for early consumption or hold onto and let this wine turn into a crazy mix of funky fruit and forest floor over the next 5 years.
