Mornington Peninsula
Classically red-fruited, raspberry, cherry, and cranberry combine with blood
orange, rose petal, spice, earth, pink peppercorn, fresh herbs, forest floor, and
some oak-inspired coee grind notes, making for a wonderfully aromatic and
complex aroma profile. A core of quenching juicy red fruit gives way to a
savoury line showing just a subtle character of cured meat or charcuterie.
There’s minerality in this wine too and a fine polished tannin, which carries the
length of the palate. Moreish acidity gives purpose, brightness, and a long
expressive finish.
